Roar Postal Supplies & Solutions, warrants that its ink cartridges are suitable for use in the intended models of postage meters and are free of defects that could cause damage to the mail machine. Should it be shown that a mail machine is damaged due to the use of a Roar product, Roar will pay reasonable and customary charges for the repair of your machine. The warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Roar with satisfactory evidence that the machine damage was due to the defect in the Roar ink cartridge, including a statement on the service company’s letterhead dated and signed by the company’s service manager.
Roar’s liability shall be limited to the replacement or Roar’s reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.

***Restrictions for Undamaged Merchandise***
*Undamaged merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 30 days and be returned in a re-sellable condition. The packaging itself must not be damaged, marked, written on, or altered. Product must be securely packaged and insured with carrier. A tracking number must also be provided. Customer is responsible for shipping of the returned product and refund may be at sellers discretion if not returned in resellable condition.
